I had an absolutely wonderful time at Green Street Green Primary School chatting all things Orpington Mural and showcasing the process/inspiration and what it means to have a, "Creative brief"
I also ran a, "Cartoon Workshop" with the pupils from years 3-6 which highlights confident mark making and learning how to draw different facial expressions. I have also facilitated this at Crofton Junior School in the past, that one was based on British Values.
The pupils behaviour was extremely good and it was a very welcoming school. I would love to visit again in the future. Here is a selection of some of the fantastic cartoon faces and my time in assembly!
