15th June 2024 10am-4pm

Orpington Priory and the Old Library are now full of artists, creatives and independent businesses. On the 15th June 2024 we are opening our doors to the public as part of the London Festival of Architecture, supported by Orpington 1st and V22

This FREE event is a perfect opportunity to

-Meet the creative community and independent businesses that have studio's there!

-Take tours to see the architecture and learn about the history of the building.

- Watch demo's and performances.

-Find out what activities and workshops are running there.

-Take part in family friendly crafts and activities

-Purchase items from the OPEN STUDIOS and selected stalls of the residents.

-It is a great opportunity to have a nosy and if its a dry day please feel free to bring a picnic and enjoy the grounds!

Full line up of activities to be announced very soon.

Great public transport links from Orpington Station and local bus routes. Nearest bus stop a couple of minutes away. No parking on site.

Accessibility- Orpington Priory front door has a ramp that can take you into the main hall and down into the garden room. A side gate will be open to access the park on that level. Unfortunately there is no ramp access from the Orpington Priory side of the building to the Old Library however the old library can be accessed from a ramp on Church Hill. Also the toilets are situated on the Library side so if there are accessibility issues that is the best way to get to the toilet via the ramp on Church Hill and through the Library front door. Both toilets are unisex and one is wheelchair accessible.

I look forward to welcoming you on the 15th June!

Thank you
